Guest thesoulkeeper
Hey people, Looking for a house next year so the R33 GTR is going. Thought I would replace it with a N/A Supra. Already after reading a few threads I can see that this not only looks like a friendly place to ask all those noob questions and find out what's going on locally. But is also a great place to buy the car and get a few toys to go with it. (As long as the missus lets me that is..... ..... ) So I'll keep my eyes peeled and the Skyline should be gone within a month. Then, hopefully, bring on the Supra. Soul. mikeyb10supra
Love the car mate, looks very clean, is there no way you can hold onto it, seems a shame to sell up???
Guest thesoulkeeper
Love the car mate, looks very clean, is there no way you can hold onto it, seems a shame to sell up??? Got to be done I'm afraid. In the time I've owned it (16 months) I've paid out for new clutch, gearbox rebuild, full engine rebuild at Abbey Motorsport (£5,500) new turbo and while that one was out the other one looks reconditioned, as well as a few other jobs here and there. So with a whopping outlay of at least £8,500 since I've had it I have to sell to recoup my losses on parts and help save cash for the house! Sounds dramatic I know but this cars has been a pain in the arse for me and typically now it's perfect and I love driving the thing I have to sell. Besides when I'm settled and in a house I can buy another one..... Soul.
