My workplace has just flooded!

lol u nutter.i went to tip to dump some sheets of mdf then went from there to shops then home.when it started raining bad.not long after it was red hot

I went side ways on the motor way coming off a bend I hit a huge puddle, it was great! Just a good job I was only doing about 35 and there wasnt many other cars around. Did wake me up driving home off nights.

Where was that? There was an accident down the hill from where I work. Car in hedge. Lass lying at the roadside.

 

All gone by the time I left for home though.

That rain was mad, traffic was a nightmare round the city centre afterwards, all the drains overflowing and people suddenly forgetting how to drive. Heard about the mini tornado too, just glad I wasn't caught out in it!

Your lucky it was your workplace thats flooded, I came home last night to find out a pipe had been gently p*ssing out water for a couple days or so and has just ruined our kitchen

 

We spent the evening ripping up our wooden floor and half the units have now been warped to b*ggery.

 

On a plus side though, can recommend pipe insurance with Thames Water, they were out within 40minutes of the phonecall and repaired in ten - top work chaps
