robert_gray
I'm unsure on when this originally started but i though that i would be able to fix it, i still hav'nt and its starting to get hard to live with. I think it only happends with the root of each drive (hard drives, cd/dvd drives, removable drives), when i double click to open it opens up the search page for that drive. If i right click to get the drop down menu then at the top i get SEARCH... and then underneath that i get OPEN and all the other usuall stuff. I've tried google, i'v tried messing about with folder options and it has now got to the point where its right royally p!ss!ng me of. Does anybody know who to correct this? Thanks

Jake
In file explorer, go to where you can see the seperate drives (C: CDRom etc) then go to Tools and click Folder Options, click File Types and change the Folder options back to Open
