Green Peace
Good Luck, keep it up dude... Im off back to the gym this week too, I changed gym because too many stairs and nowhere to park. Not everyone has the same expectations from going to the gym, for me i just want increased stamina, able to carry more eqpt, lifting with ease, generally tone and firm up more (minor adjustments in my case;) ) First few weeks are the hardest always, and coming back from holiday and then going is REALLY hard, also eating the right things, pointless burning off 1000 calories then eating 4 packets of crisps in the pub (4 packets of Crisps equal 1000 calories ha ha) Keep going at it....you are great inspiration! Ark
I find the gym very boring. However, exercise classes are always 90% attended by women, stretching and flexing in their skintight trousers...somehow that makes it all so much more interesting.
