but have to be carefull what exersizes to do , dont want to screw my back up again

I was doing the squat a couple of month ago and decided to up the weight a little.

On the second rep I heard a loud crunch from my back, managed to put the weight down and stagger away, it took about 3 or 4 weeks to recover. Quite frightening at the time, I concentrate on form more than ever now.

The squat is by far the best exercise really, not just benefiting your legs/arse - it's great for the whole body!

i personally think chest press, shoulder press, squats, deadlift - clean & jerk are the best exercises one can do - as they are the best for building core strength and are compound movements :D

cool, but if you went in with a plan - you'd always be motivated to carry one :)

i give people an example when they see me with sheets of paper and a pen and laugh .... would you go to a destination without a preplanned route? no knowing which direction to take or how long/far you have to travel to get there? :p
