Seb
Ok, this isn't a 'which is better value?' thread, this is purely about noise. I know the Hiper has a serious reputation for being the wildest sounding exhaust (without going into various others which cost a fortune), but I was going through some older threads, and found one in which Gaz says that the Veilside Ti is louder than a Hiper, and sounds like nothing you've ever heard. Anyone heard both? Veilside boys, how loud d'you think you are? I want a definite answer here Seb
Bobbeh
I dont know. I've heard Hipers and their idle is noisey, but WOT, dunno. I've not heard a Ti without cats.
Terminator
I had a group of guys mid 20's standing near the car as the Turbo timer conted down. So Hiper on tickover. One of the guys said that car sound beautiful, to which his mates nodded in agreement. Hipers rule nuff said:devil:
Dragonball
Hiper no longer available in it's old form due to noise restrictions? So for leariness you really should look at Blitz Nur and RSR Check out loads of threads on these just recently
ChrisB
from the ones ive heard blitz is noiser than the vielside ti, never heard a hiper i dont think
Patrick_Devlin
I've heard that HKS have brought out a new Hiper. Havent seen or heard it though, but think its fully stainless steel Oh, and Hiper at WOT is very loud!

Supraguy
I have always found the Hiper to be louder than Nur. I havent heard a Veilside at WOT, but I have heard from diff people that its one of the loudest available.

Gaz Walker
The Veilside is seriously loud, it sounds great too and doesn't drone. Stainless exhausts just dont compare, the Nur and RSR are deffo quieter. I think the only one louder is the HKS Racing Titanium (102mm pipe). We've got one of them in stock too I can also get the HKS Hiper/Carbon Titanium - 95mm stainless piping, carbon wrapped backbox and titanium tip. Gaz. As they all have to have them from Japan will be easy to compare by wacking up their respective ratings? Mind you the Nur is not sold there anymore - is the Hiper still available - i thought that this ewas superceded by the quieter next generation? Paul Laing
I'll let you hear my Veilside at Billing

Gaz. PS: the Nur is not discontinued in Japan, its being sold as a sports exhaust.
