Kranz
Who's interested in a group buy for remanufactured UK spec brake calipers??? Prices will be : Fronts - £202.50 pair Rears - £157.10 pair all including import duty but plus Uk shipping. Need minimum 7 pairs for this price. Price may go up soon as they have changed their core deposit price (how much they change on top of the part if you don't exchange the old ones). Steve EDIT: My goof, the first price for fronts was for 2 pot calipers!! The rears come powder coated in black. For the fronts to be powder coated black add £52.00 The web site is here if you want a look.. colsoop
Do we need to have calipers to exchange with these ?
Kranz
Do we need to have calipers to exchange with these ? No Col, its a one off purchase hence the bit extra included for the surcharge. If you do have some to exchange imho it would cost more than its worth to send them back. merckx
Remanufactured? What exactly are remanufactured Toyota parts then?
Kranz
Remaunfactured are used parts that are stripped, cleaned, inspected, machined, rebuilt & painted or laquered. Look like new, work like new, cost half the price.

Look like new, work like new, cost half the price. Yes, I do understand this when it comes to alternators/starter motors etc. "Refurbished" is normally the word to use. The reason I asked was that the ones in the pic don't look like UK calipers!

Terminator
They are UK four pots in the picture. You will need discs and fitting kits to match.
dangerous brain
They may have replacement parts of a non toyota sourced nature which is probably what the BUDWEG branded items on this site are (been out of stock for yonks now though) http://www.brakeparts.co.uk/ More info on what re-manufactured calipers are here http://www.budweg.co.uk/brake_calipers.html
