Underworld
Right i wanna do this, this weekend. However from the guide i found its using 3m stuff. Where do i get this from and what can i use as an alternative? I dont really get the guide, I know im trying to clean the plastic stuff because its foggy, but it doesnt mention doing this? The us guide does. http://www.mkiv.com/techarticles/headlights/index.html also talks about sanding the front of the light.

I guess this should be good enough for the job?

jaiscossie
i used megs scratch x on fronts of mine and worked well. also used g3 compound which seemed to do it well, still not been brave enough to do the insides yet!
Underworld
Well, i think what happend was my scratch x reacted with tcut lol. Hence it going crazy. What it ive done now is Sand 1500 grade, use a few sessions of Tcut. And 4 layers of Meguirs wax. Looks like a crystal ball now And only scratch x inside.
