Could anyone help advise me on a new set of discs and pads to upgrade to on my supra. i currently have stock set up which i find fade alot after heavy braking from high speed. i run black diamond drilled and grooved with yellow stuff on my corolla which are mint, but obviously my supra is alot bigger and alot faster so was wondering wat everyone was using nowadays. any help would b greatly appreciated. CJ Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 This will probably get moved to Supra chat but for what it is worth, I would reccomend the standard OEM UK brake set up with Chris Wilson (a member on here) pads. Bobbeh Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 Agreed, for infrequent (ie not constant braking sessions like on a track) the OEM disks are superb, mine worked well in Germany. D3xt3r Posted September 8, 2006 Share Posted September 8, 2006 On a alot of cars I had great success with: stock discs + Porterfield R4S Pads + Stainless Lines + ATE Super Blue Racing Fluid Inexpensive and bombing setup for hard street and mild track work.
