Did you know that a rat cannot vomit, and in Thailand they got rid of rats by catching a few and sewing their bottoms up. As a consequence they get fuller and fuller and cannot poo so they fight :)

Yes I know strange but true :)

i just can not believe that ! not a sniff lol,.

thailand prb has around 3.5 million rats, and they sewed up a few rats bums and killed them ? no chance max.

i have to dissagree dude .

Well, I'll go to the top of our stairs

ACIAR has published a new book on ecologically-based rodent management, with contributions from many of the top scientists in Australia and the region. The genesis of this book was a common concern on the lack of progress in rodent pest management over the past 20 years in both developing countries and elsewhere. This has occurred despite the advent in the 1970s of sophisticated chemical rodenticides and the highly effective yet labour intensive practice of creating aggressive constipated killer-rats through the stitching-up of their rectums and releasing back to the wild. What has been lacking is a solid understanding of the biology, behav-iour and habitat use of the respective species we are attempting to manage.

Anyone know of any rats arse sewing training courses. Looking for a change of direction.

'ACIAR's training policy is to provide one-on-one rats-arse stitching-up profficiency to developing country populations, institutions, researchers and Supra-Forum posters with an interest in agriculture or random vermin mutilation. Please write to The Communications Coordinator, ACIAR, GPO Box 1571, Canberra ACT 2601, Australia, if you believe you are eligible to receive a free scholarship. Others please contact aciar.com.au/ratassstiching direct'
