Tourniquet
I work for UPS as a driver and I gotta say they are great but we can be a bit pricey sometimes. Call em on 08457 877 877 for a quote.
carl0s
If you're not sending a lot then the price seems to always be around £14 - £15 + vat. I find Business Post good, mainly because the depot is open later for dropping off parcels. I've also used Amtrak but they close early now. TNT deliver Dell stuff to me quickly, and the HIDs from China came rapido via TNT. I dunno.. I guess there's not much in it really.

merckx
well more intereted in reliable service really They use reliable delivery companies , they have a contract with them and get cheap prices like any other company who sends large amounts of mail. They pass on the discount to you.

colsoop
I use: http://www.interparcel.com/ They use most of the big name couriers and are very reasonably priced.

What did I do wrong? I just entered for a UK quote, 15KG, 100(w)x100(d)x50(h)cm, so nothing OTT, just computer equipment or something, and it's comign up at £77 + vat or £90 + vat. edit: hmm, seems to be to do with the size of the parcel, not weight. Anything like 1metre doesn't give you much choice of carrier.
