nick_karkie
Nah Terry didnt really think about selling her, I just asked him one day and he thought about it, he sold it so he could buy his wife a new car because the supra was just sitting on his drive

Guest Terry S
Tossers, the lot of you;) Nick, you have never mentioned the noise. I have never heard a Supra sound like it, more like a bike over 4k than a car. I am missing the car badly, so you lot just keep rubbing it in! BTW, take some pics in the sun, so you can see the colour properly!

There's speed bumps down my road (not particularly big ones), and I don't wanna have to park elsewhere and walk!!! BTW that car is GORGEOUS! dude
A veilside has quite a lot of clearance even when lowered i have under 4"s clearance on mine but get over any speed humps , multi storeys like nick says are a no no so im changing to a BOMEX Dude:flame Dev
nick_karkie
Can you actually go over speed bumps at all? As Dude says, speed bumps are fine, if you go slow and dont let the small speed bump go under the centre of your car (better to do just one side of your car over the bump slowly), its just ramps that are a problem, but they can be avoided, thanks for the compliments on the car:)

Only difficulty with the car is speed bumps , I hate them, but its not so bad over them, but multistorey will be a no no:( Must say Nick that the fully mappable ECU makes a big difference to the way the car drives and spools. That turbo would feel a LOT laggier on a stock or less well tuned ECU. The Autronic is the absolute Mutts. I would have no hesitation in sticking one in another car, and once you get your head around the features it's simply awesome. Features like Mappable Traction control, lets you adjust the amount of slip in each gear, how progressively the tc comes on, what mph it commences, what rpm it commences, again, simply awesome. ( Yes I am missing it )
nick_karkie
Maybe you are right Terry, must be the ECU, because it really doesnt have much lag at all, Autronic is excellent (cant understand the manual though, all gibberish(sp?) to me), all the young lasses were staring at my car on my way to pick Sophie up on Saturday night, everyone was moving over so I could pull along side them:eek:
