Auto LSD

Jezzybabes, do you know if this would be a straight swap with my facelift 96 non LSD diff? and is it a simple enough job to unbolt & replace with the new one?

i've read that this can transform the drive of the car dramatically & mine unfortunately doesn't have an LSD according to the VIN plate

As long as its auto yes, should bolt straight in. I can throw in the shafts too for good measure. It does transform the car if you ask me. Traction is way better. :)

cheers jezzybabes. i found this in an old thread though regarding the TRD LSDs:

TRD make 2 versions of the LSD to fit the 2 different diff cases used on the Supra.

41301-JA800 TRD LSD

This is for all pre-facelift Supras with factory LSD fitted.

41301-JS402 TRD LSD

This is for all facelift Supras. Also for pre-faclift Supras without factory LSD fitted

in all honesty i'm just considering this as a potential upgrade at the moment, but wanted to clarify whether this was an option

i've got a vibration problem that i want to get diagnosed & fixed before i do anything else to my wallet drainer Supra
