strut braces

I had a front brace fitted to car when I bought it so cannot answer your specific question. I did however fit a rear CF Cusco brace which did make a noticable difference. Before the rear brace was fitted you could feel the back flex (and rear door squeek) slightly driving slowly over speed humps in the road, after the brace was fitted the flex was reduced and the noise was gone.

If anyone's thinking of buying a TRD strutbrace be warned that I've had mine 3 years now and it started to rust after 1 year. Looks like the heat made the paint flake and exposed the metal, not impressed

I'll be replacing mine with a Cusco soon :)

Just a finishing note to say, i got the Cusco from Paul and fitted it this morning.

I'm with Lovatt, in that i 'think' it's tightened things up, i think i'd need someone to whip it out when i'm not looking to be sure if i'd notice a difference but it sure does look swanky :)

I had a TRD strut brace in mine when I bought it. The paint has started to flake off it too and a couple of rust spots have started to appear.

Thinking of taking it off and getting it polished for a bit a 'bling'
