they are going to be around £500 so the same price as a Geforce 9750 gfx card (that is around twice the performance of the PS3). The problem with consols is they are out of date as soon as they are designed. That said I shall be getting the PS3 due to sony not releasing all its games on the PC unlike the 360 where nearly 1 year on it is only just getting good games out that hasnt been on the pc for 2 years

go to google video and put playstation3 in and see for yourself mate,,,, all the games look so gooodd

Dude, I had a look on video google:

First of all, the interface is just like the PSP one, it's not user friendly!

Unreal tournament: pre-rendered animation

Fight night: looks like the 360 version

Tekken: pre-rendered animation

Motor storm: compare the in game footage with the rendered intro... day and night difference!

But as long as there are fanboys like you, playstation will sell :innocent:

PS3 = george foreman grill ;)

PS3 will be the end of sony this time around, have you seen the price? £425! Can't really see the parents buying that for their kids at christmas.

Since the games will look almost identical on both platforms so what's the point in buying the more expensive console. Xbox 360 all the way i say, have a look at Gears of War if you want to see a game that'll wipe the floor with any of Sonys offerings...

Can't wait to grab a PS3 :) Although I haven't heard anything from Rockstar about the next GTA it'll come out on the PS3 first for sure and that's worth my dollar any day...

Prob with the 360 is that all the games for it are multiplatform anyway, so why pay that much more for better graphics?
