Not sure if this has been done before but I was just curious to see if people know any famous people or have famous relatives :)

My family has a link to Terry Venables. (Fairly long link :p)

Any chance getting me a ticket for saturday?

I went to collage with Chris Corner who later went on to mastermind the popular beat combo 'Sneaker Pimips' (Spin Spin Sugar etc.)..and is now some kind of 'hot shot' producer...

..and once when I was at Uni Martin Carr from 'The Boo Radleys' came round my house after a particularly hard nights drinking... and we sat up till 5 in the morning putting the world to rights... they were in Preston at the time playing the free festival in the park (those were the days), being supported by a little known act at the time, Oasis... who he thought were ace, I'd seen them a few weeks earlier in Boro (for free again) and thought they were a bit crap...

and my best mate Dale was/is(?) in a band called The Lo-Fidelity All Stars... and is now with a band called 'Technically Men', who have a single out on iTunes called 'Big Man'.... he got me an my mate into Reading one year with VIP passes... we were 'the shizzle' for the entire weekend...

Maybe it has been done before but its worth another thread:)

Dad went to the same school as Jim Clark (FTBO younger members, a famous F1 driver) and was also good friends with Gordon Honeycombe (newsreader / author / gaeneologist). As I've posted before, I lived on Holy Island as a kid, and witnessed the making of both Culdesac and Macbeth by Roman Polanski. The cast and crew of Culdesac stayed on the Island and either Donald Pleasance or Lionel Stander (Max off Hart to Hart) lodged with us. They came to my sixth birthday party and I think I remember sitting on Polanskis knee, and I remember a blonde woman who I assume was Francoise Dorleac. Stander drove a great big Continental around, which was slightly larger than Dads Beetle as I remember. The cast of Macbeth didnt seem to be around much. I meet quite a few famous people through my work, one of the funniest was Nigel Mansell, one of the hardest to please was Steffi Graaf and the 'most unlikely guy to go drinking in a Winchester Pub' was the King of Spain.

Meh I may as well add a few sly ones.

Been on the drink the the stereophonics & mark morrison on the same day. Two mates were the biggest drum and base producers a few years back, I'm in 2 or 3 Dave Courtney books, I'm the the Krays the Geordie Connection book, I once managed Charles Bronson (the criminal not the actor) and was requested (a year before it actually happened) to attend a meeting in London to arrange for Ronny Biggs to come back to England
