garetheves
Me and the missus did both Whale Watching and Dolphin watching while travelling in New Zealand. Must say it was pretty fantastic. Awesome creatures and a great chance to see something that you wouldnt every day. Havent followed the link but are you thinking of this country (i think we have a few species off our coasts) or somewhere abroad. The ones we saw were Sperm Whales (which always made me giggle as a child). The dolphins were ace, they follow the boat allong and just show off for a few hours, swimming underneath the boat, jumping, flipping, the usual stuff you see at shows and that but they were doing it in the wild. HTH.
ChrisSZ
Sounds good Gaz, the link is for a day trip in Norway - we both kinda fancy the idea of doing it as a daytrip (just for a laugh). Not so keen on doing it in the UK. We'd love to do Baja or Hawaii for the really big stuff but thought we'd start with Orcas and work our way up:) SonicSoop - she's used to it now LOL

Mike
700 notes for a day trip...?! I'd want one in a plaggy bag at the end for that kind of money.... shooot!
Alan999
I'd want one in a plaggy bag at the end for that kind of money.... shooot! A tad expencive but do you get your money back if you dont see any or is that just a £700 boat ride then?
psymon
Seen plenty, off greenland etc whence in the Navy.... Amazing to watch, if you really want to see them, then go for it. Dolphins ten a penny, in the med and off the carribean. What price do you put, on seeing nature in its proper form

We are definately gonna look into it a little further and see what we can work out.

Cool mate, I've been on that bit of water too We where on the boat for quite a while until we finally saw a "proper" Whale tail. It's a small world ! Shaun.
