Flipfinger
Went to my mate's house to get his rubber blocks off his Supra (mine just unscrewed with brute force!) but his are really locked in tight. What kind of soldering iron is best? Gas or electric? His one is a bit old (electric) and didn't even start to heat the screw up in the 20 minutes I held it onto screw 1. Help please! Prepared to buy a new soldering iron if needs be.
Guest Ash
You need a large iron of the like you can get at Machine Mart. It has to be something like 75 to 100 Watts. Or a pencil-flame miniature blowtorch will work equally well. Yours, J
Flipfinger
Thanks for the speedy response! I'll go to Homebase and see what they've got in the toys department. Don't you ever leave this list!
