Andyhannah
the cerberas ive been in are rattly as chuff inside. theres squeak and bangs. if i was going for aany of them try and get the 4.5 red rose cerbera. slighlty better spec and higher compression engine i believe. tbourner
Bloke at work has a RR Cerbera 4.5. It's been in repair twice this year. (does look and sound amazing though).
Pete
enlighten me:) I had a DVD with parts of the manufacturing process and factory on it. Really surprised me how basic it all was.
michael
Had a look through my Cerbera links, sadly all are now broken apart from this: http://www.tvr-cerbera.net/ (It seems the websites are as reliable as the cars )
Homer
I looked into one of these before the Supra, the reliability and horrendous servicing/maintenance costs put me completely off. I was told to budget £4k minimum per year unless I had problems! Would still love one though, just for the noise! As already mentioned Geoff is you man for all things TVR
Daston
The Cerbi is a nice bit of kit if you are thinking of getting one get the V8 version as the engine is a bit more reliable than the speed 6. The Cerbi was the first TVR with the speed six lump and so most of the speed six cerbi's have either been rebuilt or are about to blow up. Personaly the Griff 500 is still the best Tiv but that dosnt help ya cause you need 4 seats

If i was going to go for a 2 seater it would be the T350 or the Tuscan for me

Daston
Oh and another thing a class one police driver used to have one at our local TVRCC and she described it as a very point and shoot car ie it was great in a straight line but really boring through bends. Just somthing to think about if you looking for a real driving car
Muffleman
Yup, I'd be interested too, I too would love to own one but have been royally put off by owners ! I don't mind spending money on the car, but if it's costing thousands on repairs and maintenance, I think I'd get tired of it. Yet there's something about them .........
