Charlotte
If I was at a restaurant with you lot then I would go hungry. Yeuchh! But but you eat kebabs! If you eat meat you should be open minded to try any meat I reckon.
Mike
all sounds a bit grim to the resident veggie...! ..but if you eat meat not sure why you'd eat cow but have a problem with something else unconventional..? does rattle snake taste different to other snakes? how did you have it? I love Kangaroo's but one of the lads I work with is from Oz... his folks have a farm outside Melbourne.. so he grew up shooting them.. he hates them.... Charlotte
I watched this docu the other day about eating Guinea pigs in Peru (they get through 22 million a year apparently). They didn't exactly show it's best side on the plate. Fully intact with nashers and everything. Apparently it was very tasty though.
MR.B
Why not? Horse in Spain and France I think it's just because these things are outside of my 'comfort zone'. If I had grown up eating those things then not a problem I guess. I'm quite happy with the 100% prime beef burgers that Maccies and BK provide me with. And i'm even happier with the finest quality seasoned lamb doners that my local kebab house serves me with.

Nick
Have you tried Uni or Sea-cucumber? Not yet. Is it good, or one of those things the locals like to give to the Gaijin for a laugh ?
Jspec Germany
LOL, no, it depends on you. I like the sea cucumber. Most Japanese judge a sushi bar on how fresh and tasty the Uni (sea urchin) is. Definitely try both though.
