Its depends on your testing station, how hot your cats are when they are tested... You can virtually guarantee with one. Personally, I have to go to my local MOT tester for a number plate check (after I got pulled last night doing 70 in a 40 - no points though YAY!), gonna ask him about the import and non listed status of the car and see if I could blag my way through on the idle test loophole thingy.
