RICHARDA Posted August 30, 2006 Share Posted August 30, 2006 Had a car in work today for an MOT, a chavved up lime green Seat Ibiza thing with what must of been a straight though exhaust. It sounded like the exhaust was hanging off. My MOT tester referred to his VOSA book which stated something along the lines of the vehicle having to be reasonabley silenced in accordance with another vehicle of the same type etc. MOT testers discretion at the end of the day.
