Jake
but I'll post it here in case anyone is interested or has any opinions. I've scratched the paint on my OS door mirror and now you can see the original Red colour, ie the colour it was before my respray last Sept. The thing is, my car was painted in a non-standard colour, Rage® Extreme Shock Waves Thunderstorm , not exactly the kind of thing I'm going to be able to get from Halfords. However I've still got the left-over paint that Dude kindly let me have after the job was finished. Will this paint still be usable? It's been sat in my cold garage all over the winter. I thought I would have a go at repainting the mirror myself, I mean what's the worst that could happen? What thinners and lacquer should I use with this type of paint? Just the regular stuff for cellulose, or what? thanks
CJ
Jake dude has computer problems at the moment so it may be better if you tried to ring him on the mobile. If you do not have his number to hand, it is posted on the Miami site.
Jake
Thanks Chris, There's no rush like, it's only a wing mirror, I'll leave it another couple of hours before I ring him

Jake
Thanks. While I've got your attention John, my rear spats are both broken from me driving off a curb too quickly. I don't know how much work you've got on in the near future, got any spaces for my poor old motor?

Jake
Yeah I think they were NGKs, loads cheaper than those Iridium things anyway. So to recap, what I'd like done : Fan viscous coupling replaced Door mirror repainted Rear spats repaired and repainted Plugs changed Could you fit a restrictor ring in for me as well please? I think the ashtray need emptying as well. Any chance of a loaner while you've got mine? I'm not fussy, as long as it's not a UK spec
