Nice stuff mate!!! Unfortunately I'm all spent-out at the moment - otherwise I'd have had them (and the sills) in a shot!

Just out of interest, where did you get these carbon bits from please? I'd definately be interested in the future :) :)

Cheers and good luck with your sales

Hi Chris,

this was done by a paintshop in Germany. I gave them a lot of parts includind dash panels, enginge cover, air box, and other bits. Will post up pictures when everything is installed.

Hi Oliver,

I love that mate:) Is the price including p&p ?

What is the coating, is it that dipped stuff, like a print then clear coated?

Paul

Hi Paul,

Yes, it's like the dipping coating but with a real carbon structure. Shipping is not expensive when shipped with gls. If you want, we can could share the shipping costs. That would be 12 Euro you and 12 for me. Let me know mate.

Thanks, Oliver

I will make some better pictures later when my ex wife gives me the camera back :-)

how hard is that part to remove?

It's easy. But the bad thing is the seal. It is fitted with some kinds of clips that are very very hard to remove without breaking it. But you can re-order it from Toyota. it's not too expensive.

It has been covered with a real carbon style layer. Looks like real carbon.

To be absolutely clear - it is NOT real carbon fibre. I quickly read the advert and got that impression but those new pics really show what it actually looks like.

Yes and no. The part itself is the stock plastic part. The layer on the part is a real carbon layer. It's about 0,5 mm thik.

yeah, it's just printed on. I have the carbon wipers from piaa and these ones are different that looks printed. but the parts I have made here looks like real carbon. I have seen the film what they used to coat the parts. it looks and feels like carbon. maybe it's just plastic or whatever. but it is nearly the same as carbon. Of course, pictures never show you how it look in real.
