Chris Wilson
Ex Greater Manchester Police N reg LDV twin rear wheel, high top riot van, Rover V8, air con, air suspension, fantastic spec, lexan windows, large side door, frightens Mercedes Sprinters on the motorway, would tow a bus. About 10 months MOT, very very low mileage, fully lined inside, none slip floor, make good support or tow van. I bought it 5 years ago to help move house, and kept it ever since for odd jobs in connection with my trade, and it has only done about 1000 miles since. Must go, first cash offer over 500 quid. On the button, new battery, excellent runner. Can e-mail photos. located near Whitchurch, Shropshire. Your kids may well have already ridden in this thing.... 07971-952084 [email protected]

michael
I don't need or want a van but for some reason I'm really tempted to make an offer on this.... argh, I have nowhere to park it
Alex
Got a dyno printout? What's it run a 1/4 in?
Chris Wilson
I guarantee it is environmentally unfriendly, uneconomic on fuel, and will cause tongues to wag when parked on a drive in any desirable neighbourhood. It is also good for clearing pubs after closing time, and causing alcohlics to moderate their drinking and driving if you "hover" it around pubs late at night. In fact it has a myriad of uses, I am beginning to wonder what madness has made me think of selling it, it's given me and my pals some good laughs, upset lots of law abiding *and* criminal types, and been an excellent workhorse to boot. You KNOW it's something you want!

Chris Wilson
Bit squarer shaped front, dark blue, stripes removed, mechanically identical AFAIK
Chris Wilson
She's called Jane. You are too perceptive... Are you also a potential buyer, that's what Jane and I want to know?
Pete
You are too perceptive... Are you also a potential buyer, that's what Jane and I want to know? I mentioned it to Chris as a work van but he didn't seem interested. I'd quite enjoy flogging that up and down the motorway filled with computers
SteveR
Some mates of mine might be interested for shipping them and their scuba diving kit about (they were originally looking for a hearse for the 'comedy' value!), it's a long shot but I'll ask them Chris - I'll need to know how many seats it has got? Bob
If I hadn't bought an old shitter as a runabout already I would have definitely had this

Thanks. Only the 3 front seats, I sold the rear seating to a coach company when I first bought it as they had integral seat belts that some new regs demanded. Terminator
Chris what is the distance from the back of the front seats to the rear doors. Might have a buyer. This reminds me of an old Commer van a mate stuffed a large Jag engine into it went like hell.
