michael
http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/uk/5277012.stm?ls After hearing the URL on the radio a crazy complainer visited http://thinkyouknow.co.uk unstead of http://thinkuknow.co.uk and somehow managed to find reason to complain that the site visited in error was full of porn, can you see any? ...the ASA said the advert had not made it clear how the web address was spelt, and as a result ruled that the advert indirectly publicised adult material and sexual services..... Scoboblio
Edited because I've completely missed the point! I'm now stepping away from the keyboard
Bob
Doesn't it say in the radio advert that it's with "the letter U" rather than "you"?
Supragal
It's a radio advert? Terrible idea, of course someone was going to get it wrong. Still 4 clicks minimum to get to the porrn site. Hmmmm.

martin_a
Not sure if other people are getting these ads on the radio at the moment but up here there is a service called Dr Puter (no idea how to spell it) which is meant to sort out computer problems. Apart from the ropey spelling Doctor Puter Dr Puter etc etc it says to visit the website and doesn't give a phone number. As you usually only see the doc when something has gone wrong i suspect most of the people needing their services won't be able to actually get on the web to contact them... m.
