Kittyclaws
One of our cats went missing 4 days ago. Wife has been in a bit of a state, she started posting leaflets though doors today after she got back from work, asking to check sheds etc, hour later, Toffee walks in, very hungry and wanting lots of hugs. so I'm a happy bunny now. I won't hold it against him that I had to walk across a field and climb through a hedge when looking for him today,(snip 5 days ago, and one gonad is infected)

Kittyclaws
What do they get up to, do they just get lost or what? Toffee ( the cat) was trapped in a shed somewhere, you could smell a shed smell on him when he came in. I just hope this will teach him not to be a nosey little sod
Nic
I like happy endings We lost one of our cats once, he ran off when we picked him up from the kennels after returning from holiday. The kennels was about 20 miles from home and in the middle of nowhere. We spent days looking for him but in the end gave up. 9 months later we get a knock at the door (he use to put his paw through the letter box and bang it to come in) and there he was ready for dinner

KaoriFan
Good news, indeed. you can care for them as much as you like, but don't realise how much an impact they make on your life until something like this happens where they go missing. was nice to see a happy ending. people should check their shed's before closing the door. my cat went walkies a year or two ago, i was so distraught, and walked round the whole area looking for him, just by chance he appeared over the road so i dashed over and he ran back indoors sad to say he died 3 months ago, that happening really hit home. but i have the memories. it put the Supra and other things in perspective. you should be ok in future, with a nick like SatNav, can buy him a GPS locator and hang it round his neck, just to make sure for the future once again pleased you got him back ja ne
