Jspec Germany
I'm really crossing my fingers and hoping my wheels will fit the US spec fronts I'm fitting soon. They're AME Circlar GTA 18s and I haven't been able to find a lot of information on them. Japanese company who's website lists the style and shape of their wheels being for the specific purpose of fitting large front brakes. SimonB
Right, I've updated the first page with the latest stuff people have posted. Could do with sizes and offsets for the KEI Racing D1s and BBS LMs, and offsets for some of the others...

Guest sonyaddict
Ok, following the thread in chitchat asking for stuff to add to the resources bit of the site, I thought it would be a good idea to come up with a list of wheels with sizes, offsets, etc that are known to fit over UK brakes (i.e. someone has fitted them!). People are always saying it depends on the shape of the spokes not just the offset and that you need to try them or find someone that has. So, people with aftermarket alloys over UK brakes, post the details here... NOTE: Supra wheel fitment is as follows: PCD: 114.3mm Hub center bore size: 60mm Studs: 5 Wheel Size Offset ------------------------------------------------------- Standard 17" Toyota 17 x 8 front 50 17 x 9.5 rear 50 AME Modelart 18 x 9 48 18 x 10.5 50 Azev type LS 18 x 8.5 front 18 x 10 rear Azev type M 18 x 8.5 front 45 18 x 10 rear 45 BBS LM ? SupraJames
Any ideas on the min offset to clear Uk brakes, am thinking of the new Rota GTR D's, but need to check offsets for front and rear. Current wheels are an ET 35 offset and they clear by miles lol
pistonbroke
It's not just the offset, it's the wheels design.
Nic
Any ideas on the min offset to clear Uk brakes, am thinking of the new Rota GTR D's, but need to check offsets for front and rear. Current wheels are an ET 35 offset and they clear by miles lol It's impossible to say just from the offset, it depends on the wheel design, width, etc. eg. the stock 17 wheels are +50 offset and clear the larger brakes, other wheel models you'll need a lot lower offset to clear them. Can the trader you're buying the wheels from not advise?
