eyefi
Do u have any problems with yr battery to boot relocation, smells, spills, starting etc? Did u mount it right in the back of the boot (for the pendulum effect ) or over the axle? Did u go central or left or right? What did u do about venting it? Need4Speed
Why do you want to move it?for the pendulum effect Do you mean making it more likely you'll crash? You can get around the acid issue by using a Varley race battery - Dry and can be mounted any way up you like - also light weight.
eyefi
its an opportunity to move a reasonable weight from front to rear rather than just strip from rear. the further out back it goes the more it weighs (in effect) and the more momentum it would have if it swung. i think it would b better over the axle, but most relocates ive seen have it way out back. r the varleys expensive? Guest Terry S
Eyefi I have mine in the tyre well. There is a craddle ( Made from angle) the same size as the battery tacked to the well bottom, with two bits of studding and some angle holding it down. It's not going anywhere! Never been an issue an it's been there nearly 4 years.
