Branners
may be worth going through the search but I seem to remember the non-turbos do come with aerotop and manual gearboxes, its the TT aerotops that are always auto. JB
Scooter
I've never actually 'seen' one but i have seen some na manual aero's advertised. Always thought it was a cock up by the dealer who didn't really know what they were on about. I think there is a black one on ebay at the moment, whether it turns out to be the real thing is another matter.

I think mainland europe supra's were available as aerotops and were 'uk spec' ie had bonnet scoops and headlight washers etc ( not sure about the injectors steel turbo's?) , like Kuba's lefthand drive for those that remember. SkyJawa
Thats right Scooter, export spec (eg UK, US, Europe) were available as aerotops in europe and the US - left hand drive only......... Never came to the UK in export spec, which is funny since they made them for the others and still made RHD models for Japan......

Suprash
I dont think you would want an auto in a NA, I shouldnt really comment as I never drove a NA auto, but from driving our NA manual I would say gears are easier to get flying......

TLicense
Hmmmm, How would anyone like a 6 speed aerotop then for about 4 grand? (Plus price of the car ) Now that I've got all the problems with my conversion sorted and it's now done about 2,500 miles, I may be offering to do this. All parts supplied by my good self. Would take approx. 3 weeks from start to finish. Like someone said, would be a damned rare car. Any takers? Tony
