Angarak
From what I've read a sandwich plate would be ideal in your scenario where you want to monitor 2 oil measurements (temp/pressure). Lucifer (mkivstore) does a greddy version. I think Paul (miami-gt) has something similar (oil filter relocation kit).

GazzaGSi
Some people remove the top glove box and you can buy a replacement panel which sits 3 guages angled towards the driver. Or you can buy one of these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/DASH-DIN-PANEL-3-GAUGE-POD-Supra-MR2-MRS-Celica-GT4-Tur_W0QQitemZ250018299135QQihZ015QQcategoryZ1498QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem#ebayphotohosting If you have a single DIN headunit.
