KaoriFan Posted August 14, 2006 Share Posted August 14, 2006 on the Asian music and drama/anime forums, what they did was have a form which you filled in and say what you can bring to the forum and answer a few basic questions about how you would handle tricky situations. that worked well, then again i got voted in, lol had cool questions about handling disputes, and the best one, what happns if someone attacks the sister IRC channel with 10,000 bots seriously, i think thats a good way of doing it, as you can select candidates more easily. Thorin seems so wanting to do this, so maybe that's the way to go. then again, so long as the person really wants to do it, i think thats most important.
