Thorin
With the advent of the New Members forum it's obvious we need a new moderator with a level head to govern any new member problems which may occur in there. We need someone sensible, non-confrontational, suave, sophisticated, preferably with rugged good looks, and a rapier sharp sense of humour. I nominate Thorin, he seems to tick all the right boxes for me.

jamesmark
Ok I vote me as being new to this forum and on here more than I should, I am upstanding (apart from when I am sitting) and listen to both sides. As being new I can safely look after the new people.

Ewen
Already a legend, bound by the mystic mist that encircles Benromach. Soon to be enrobed with the Magic Parka of the King of Brighton Beach. All hail the new Mod.

KaoriFan
was a tough choice to decide. but i had to go with Thorin. have seen him around a lot recently, and i have no idea who this forum member 'somebody else' is
geoffvalenti
I must admit in my experience of things like these, the job is always carried out far better by someone who wants to do it, rather than someone who agrees to do it because nobody else will. I'm happy for Thorin to have a crack at it, but maybe he should be voted in using a slightly less biased poll

Whitesupraboy2
I'm happy for Thorin to have a crack at it, but maybe he should be voted in using a slightly less biased poll why?!? he's already losing to nobody
geoffvalenti
Worse thing is, if the poll was purely decided on number of votes cast per category, at this moment in time "some other bloke" is winning
