supra dan
had a crash in my car yesterday, entirely my fault i hit a car on a dual carriageway. im hoping its repairable but i wont hold out much hope can anyone who knows bodywork give me an opinion? i cant open the bonnet as its stuck, but from outside it seems to be bonnet, bumper FMIC and wing.still drives fine. if insurance write it off would it be wise to buy it back to fix with second hand parts? ive got a bonnet on the way already. if it cant be fixed i am finished with cars, will buy a 5 year old escort and be miserable

michael
Mine looked worse than that when it got attacked by another car - it wasn't a write-off but it was an expensive repair.
Jurgen-Jm-Imports
will insurance not sort it out ?
Tricky-Ricky
Doesn't look to bad to me, it may have knocked the chassis rail alignment out but i would be suppressed, strip off the bumper and wing and have a look, they may not even write it off but if they do it looks an easy repair, if nothing is bent. stupra
It doesn't look to bad mate, get the bumper off an have a good look. I don't think it'll be a write off.
Mike
looks like the bumpers obviously in tatters but the head light would have taken lots of the impact and that's not really touched...?? rip the bumper off and see what she looks like then.... Also(!) sorry to hear this fella hope you get it sorted soon.... don't give up on the Soop!
Lucas
I dont think that will be a right off mate.

LeeT
sorry to see this Dan, as others have said it does look like a fairly easy repair
toyotatom
Good luck getting it sorted out Dan. I feel for you mate. Its horrible not being able to drive your supra for whatever reason that may be. Chin up fella, cant see it being written off. And look at it this way, if at all possible, now you have a legitimate reason to change any styling you may want to. Different bumper, vented wings etc
Trig
Youre being too negative mate. Should be ok i reckon
Thorin
Doesn't look all that bad. As others have mentioned, strip off the front bumper and wing completely and have a look, post up some more pics then but I wouldn't think there'd be any structural damage looking at that. bondango
looks very light actually. As long as MODs have been declared, you may be able to go for write off due to damage to FMIC etc etc but its entirely up to yourself. Id keep and repair - looks an easy one IMHO
Matt Harwood
That's nothing too serious. Dont worry about it. Congratulations on admitting it was your fault too.
