Matt Harwood
The mk1 Celica Supra is a late 70's car, the mk2 was again, a Celica Supra released around 1983. The mk3 was the first Supra by it's own name, and we now have the mk4. Mk5 is still in 'consideration'.

sleeky
Sounds like an interesting project, should be fun Is that your "new" project? Thought you were going for a mk3? You know me mate, i have started so many projects hehe But this one is actually 'going' to happen now that i've finally sold that Lotus Esprit hehe. Got most of the drivetrain for the V8 laid out in my garage, just waiting on things to come over from OZ like the bellhousing and the flywheel. Forgot to mention the Nitros oxide system going in as well I must have a death wish lol

stupra
A mk2 should of been my first Supra. I was 20, an put a deposit on a B reg black an gold wide arched model, it was stunning. I got a phone call to say that another guy at the garage didn't know it was sold, an let someone else buy it !, git. I was well pissed off, even though I got my deposit back. I bought a mk3 turbo about a year later. Still like the black an gold mk2.

sleeky
Sure thing, the build will start within the next 4 weeks. Im going to setup a webpage with progress & pics. To be honest though i have done so much research into this conversion....im expecting it to take a weekend to swap the lumps and then only around 2 weeks to get the wiring and other little bits done All i've got left to find is a suppliers for carbon fibre driveshafts...
