Rich Cheers guys, i know a little but never done a cam belt before. Good news is now i wont be doing it on my own my mates a mechanic so i reckon we can crack it between us. rovervi Posted August 14, 2006 Author Share Posted August 14, 2006 Hi All So for my standard N/A are these okay: Sparks: NGK - Iridium IX - BKR5EIX-11 (5464) - gap 1.1mm Oil: any Fully Synthetic oil between a 5w30 and 10w40 should suffice.
