AMG
I have got myself a new oil temp gauge and it has come with a sensor which has two wires from it. That is ok but the problem is that there is only 1 wire on the back of the gauge for the sensor and the instructions show a different sensor with a sigle connection. Could it be that the company has changed sensor types and were too lazy to change the instructions or is it wrong. Count one of the wire on the sensor be a ground?! Bit stumped here. bignum
yes normally one of the wires will be ground, make sure its a good connection though or you will get a false reading.
