michael
At least part of the Toyota stable are trying to make interesting machines... http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/images/front_picture_library_UK/dir_413/car_photo_206913_5.jpg http://www.autoexpress.co.uk/images/front_picture_library_UK/dir_413/car_photo_206917_5.jpg They reckon it's getting the 4.6L V8 with 400>450bhp, one of the features they seem proud of is a traction control system that can be fully disabled for track use. It's about time Toyota sorted themselves out and produced a decent car with the 'L' on the front, the current sports offering is a bit bland: http://autocar.co.uk/Car/Toyota/CorollaHatchback/TSport1.8i3drHatchback/2464411850.jpg
tbourner
Ooh I've been looking at the IS for a while now, fancy the 220d. Got the brochure from LEX and I love all the gadgets it has! mmmmm......... 450bhp. //edit: Just noticed the exhaust - how cool!! Not sure about the lights (reflectors?) in the bumper though.
