Elliot
Moving house in a few days / week, and wanted to know if anyone knows any good deals on at the moment? I'm with BT at the moment, but don't need to keep my number as I only ever use it for internet anyway. When I move though, I will need a landline phone. Broadband is essential! I'm not too fussed on sky/cable, but my girlfriend is so maybe at least a minimum package for that Before I go trawling through BT and NTL etc for their best deals, has anyone else looked into this recently? Thanks
markymark
ntl isn't bad - use them for broadband, phone & cable. They definately are one of the cheapest out there, but not the greatest when it comes to dealing with problems. Definately not the worst - been with BT (crap) & telewest (rubbish) ntl = best of a bad bunch in my opinion
Elliot
Do you have the name & details of the package? How much does it cost a month roughly? Cheers
Guest saahild
check out sky.. if you have sky tv they have amazing broadband deal of 16mb for jst £10 a month. and their basic 2mb package is free.. costs £40 to activate tho. Way cheaper then the alternatives. We are going for that when we move into the new house this friday so if you want to wait till we have ours sorted its definatly worth looking into. Snooze
Yep - I'm with NTL at the moment for broadband, but switching to Sky when they get everything sorted (long lead times at the moment).
MrHanky
Pretty much all ISP's suffer from bad customer service nowadays. I am waiting to go to Sky broadband as well due to their very good prices. Mark
