Me and my mates had a little face off two weeks ago. I hit a personal best in my routine which was 6 sets: 8 reps at 100kg 8 reps 100kg 4 reps 120kg 4 reps 120kg 2 reps 140kg 1 rep 140kg and then I went very red I use a whey protein by the way…

Geo
This is a standard question in the gym?? How much can you bench?? But the real question is how much can you squat??

Cant wait to see what Tanhauser posts up I haven't bench pressed heavy for years as I have a recurrent shoulder injury. However, my best bench press was 140kg X 10. Not bad, but a lightweight compared to LambertPig. He's very strong. I can also lift an entire coal scuttle with my upper lip. Cliff

Rob Davey
Very good, i set myself up for that. I just wondered how much he weighed. Currently 102 KG. I had to weight myself the other day as I’m about to do a Ferrari experience day at Silverstone, you have to be under 16st to enter and 102 is just about 16st…
Dash Rendar
My PB is 8 reps of 95kg. (I've never attempted to find my max with low reps.) My excuse... I'm a 72kg lightweight.

colsoop
I do enjoy lifting weights and learning new techniques and routines. I can't say i lift anywhere near those numbers though I am at a bit of a dis-advantage as im only 5 ft 6 and a mighty 66 kg's
supra sam
Was it this guy? [qimg]http://lnx.ginevra2000.it/Disney/monster/snoman.jpg[/qimg] Thats the guy! Problem is the guy i used to train with keeps letting me down, and it's not easy to try and push the weight up without someone spotting you.
