Digsy
I fitted my reversing sensors at the weekend without doing thousands of pounds worth of damage to my rear bumper moulding. It works fine except the standard beeper which lets you know you are in reverse is masking the beeper that lets you know you are about to hit something. Before I go on a beeper-hunt, does anyone know where this annoying little item may be found?

Alex
Mark, Reversing sensors are not a factory option! Darren's car is fitted with an aftermarket resversing aid system. But just so as you know if you see a car with 4 seperate 5-10mm diameter discs on its bumper then that car is fitted with a parking sensor. Digsy
Does this win the prize for the biggest gap between posts? Next time my dash comes out this little s*d is going in the bin. Can anyone tell me where it may be found? Please???
Branners
found this in my old Supras Mail list archive... On mine, I found it behind the dash. If you remove the dash in the normal way and then completely remove the speed/rev/fuel/temp dash arrangement you'll find a little grey plug-in adapter on the back of the circuit board. Just take it off and thats it. All it does is take power from the back of the rev counter.
Digsy
Ar*e!! I had that in my hands yesterday! Next time, little nuisance, your fate is sealed. Soon you shall beep no more. (Cheers, JB!)
Branners
I took the easy option and changed car.....no beeping in a UK spec!! Also, no one-touch up windows...I really do miss those. Last thing I want to be doing is holding on to the window button waiting for the windows to go up while thrashing it down a dual carriageway. JB Does anyone know any easy way to turn the UK switch into a one-touch up windows switch? It is a bit annoying. I know it's an old thread and this may have been covered since but I have never seen a fix (Oh and CJ, A 5.5 year thread resurrection for ya )
Rob Dublin
I'm sure there was a post on converting the switch to one touch, think it involved canibalising the part/trim from a donor door card.
