JohnA Posted August 5, 2006 Share Posted August 5, 2006 Be careful with the definition of 'octane' Do not compare US and UK figures, they are not the same. One is (RON+MON)/2, the other just RON I'm not sure what they use in India, not that it matters lol. I remember getting fuel from some blokes with a barrel and a handpump, who knows what crap they had mixed in there and what had already evaporated - the bike pinged a bit but survived though.
