Hey Mas,

The problem with this type of pp is that such VRN's are only relevant to the first person that has bought it (for the cheaper ones anyway).

Why not put it on retention; just in the event that you may use it again in a couple of years time. It only costs £25 per year through the DVLA and you don't have to get rid. (but you do have to pay an initial cost of £105 at the DVLA office and this includes the transfer fee to the next vehicle - £80 for transfer and £25 for the 1st year of retention costs).

Regards mate, Andrew:thumbs:

Mas,

That's a good idea m8. What bike are you looking at getting - a Private Plate (PP) compliments 2 wheels as it does 4!! Every Supe should have a PP IMHO.

Best Regards m8, Andrew:idea:

not sure about which bike yet Andrew, but I think the R6 Yamaha isnt too bad, or the CBR 600RR Honda' you have any good ideas mate????!!!

I have the above number plate on the sup already and think it ll be ok on the bike as I think the sup gets too much attention by the coppers than bikes :)

Mas, The CBR6 seems to be racing away with a race-bred reputation at the moment but it all depends on the size of you really? I have a ZX12R A1 so it's pushing 181bhp (not at the wheel though - I wish), before the Power commander; the air filter and the race system. I was thinking of investing in a Busa (which was my last bike) and painting it in chrome but I still have to finish my Supe and that costs money too.

We talk about group buys on the forum; anyone fancy a group 'bank-job'!!!!   :eyebrows: :woot: Could you just imagine seeing 5 Supe's race away from Lloyds one day!!
