  1. 1. Waht date for Mascrat replacement

    • Same day as Mascrat and stuff the management
    • Different Date to Mascrat - Then people can do both :(
    • I'm never going back to Mascrat (In a Jap Car)!

Cheers mate, dont worry i was only using it to hit things ;) I bought a set of ratchet spanners the other day wow they are really usefull for fast removal! The kit is PHR stage 1 so its all HKS stuff very nice quality! The tubby is one of there GT60 which i was told will follow to 630+ RWHP at 29 psi with the right set of supporting modifications :D

The only thing that has been a problem is the oil feed return which i've had to use a work around using the stock oil adapter.

Your car looking really nice matey! how hard was it changing the box? did you go for the BL one?

I may be calling on you matey for some advice :)

yep adjustables are OK to hit things with lol, i used braided hose and pucka hydraulic fittings for the turbo oil return, do you have a hydraulic specialist near where you live ? (check the yellow pages) if you get the length and take the turbo and block fittings in these guys will make you up a proper hose, you really need to make sure that these feed and return hoses are 100% if you loose one its probably goodbye engine, yes the box is a Boostlogic and was time consuming started at about 10 am, finished at about 8pm my mate has a pit which made things a bit easier but i am now aching all over :)

Yeah I’m using a genuine braid hose the only difference is that I have it going into the stock bottom adapter, which means that it’s away from the manifold and the flow is better as its not kinked etc :) But saying that I live near Preston and I’m not sure if there is any local specialist etc but i may have a look I really only need the fitting that goes into the block at an angle. Do you know anywhere?

I keep thinking about the BL boxes! Sounds like a heavy job!

Cheers matey
