smithaldo
these - http://www.piaa.co.uk/wipers/wipers.asp My mate has them on his Suburu and I was thinking of investing in some and just wondered if anyone on here has them fitted?

Rob
They're very good, you can even forget about using your wipers in the rain at night at speeds over 60...erm...ish. Which is very handy if you've lost the original spoiler and your wipers lift off ... at speeds around 60 ahem.

AndrewOW
Those PIAA wipers are really good, but the rain-off feature doesn't last very long, which is a shame. I had them on my Prelude. Is that Rain Away any good though?

kamikaze
how long does it last for? I had some on my Zed and i will agree they work really well for a while then wear out-they recommend after a year-I would say 6 months very dear though-probably only worth getting for the wintertime. My 2p worth
AndrewOW
The rain-off feature lasted about a month. I think if you could get more sachets then you could re-treat the windscreen easily each month. A good rinse, dry off, then re-apply. The wipers are still on the car and they are working fine.
SimonB
I have some - get the ones with the spoiler. The standard wipers are pretty much useless over 80mph, they don't touch the screen. The spoiler holds them against the windscreen, they are much much better. I could take or leave the rain off thing.

Is that Rain Away any good though? Rain away lasts me almost 6 months tried rainex and others and tbh were not much kop after a coule of months. Rain away is the product used on fighter jets windscreens and only about £4 a bottle!
