just been reading loads of threads on this but all i can find is people moaning about poorly setup cars afterwards and heavy front tyre wear on the inside.

I haven't found any good (recommended) places in the Bracknell/Reading area, closest with a recommendation seems to be Michedever Tyres as in this thread http://mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=75100

Was telling me the other day that there is a place near his in Reading. He paid £65 to have his 600bhp RX7 sorted and he said he couldn't be happier.

 

Might be worth giving Dave a bell. I can't remember the name of the place. It's on Lovelock Rd though.

Abbey Motorsport have a good set up and obviously lots of experience. Not sure on prices though, may be worth giving them a call.

hi mate, i had my MOT done there about 3 weeks ago and discussed it then. He recommended the same guy to me also, might have to give him a call. Wsa just interested if anyone supra wise had used them. Why do prices seem to vary from £40 to £250?

I've just spoken to Dave and he has said to call wigmour on 01189 417886. I asked him about front tyre wear and he said on a supra it will happen as there is 1 adjustment that cannot be made on the front, he couldnt remember if it was camber or caster. Is this 'expected' front tyre wear very bad, dont really wana weck my new tyres.

Try and find a 'Hunter' tracking system. Set the alignment to stock supra settings. My car is on 18's - The car handles good and Tyre wear is normal

Yep, its a Pro-Align system and they absolutely rock... hopefully get one of those soon.

Feltham Tyre Service near Heathrow did mine. They're just an ordinary decent tyre supplier - you don't need to be a motorsport expert to use a laser wheel alignment system. They did camber, castor and toe on all four wheels - big improvement in handling and tyre wear.

 

The insides of the fronts do wear first even when set up correctly.
