MrHanky
Well I finally got the money from the sale of Vicki's Rav4 and have promply paid Jurgen So then I decided to phone Sky insurance up to see how the TT will affect my premium. Unfortunately it went up quite a lot, I was quoted £945 thats for protected no claims and with Vicki on the insuarance. So then I decided to start shopping around. Directline first £677 but that was without the mods Elephant - the same more or less but obviously mods arent insured. Finally I read a thread somewhere on here and came across Lancaster. Now their web quote is quite a pain in the butt to fill in but they did come back with a great quote. £703 with all the mods insured. Think I will be going with them in 10 weeks unless I find better. Its a shame that Sky were so high as they are very helpful had insured me on the NA for what I considered to be a reasonable price. Mark 10 weeks to go

BASHTHEBISHOP
Try going back to Sky again now you have cheaper quotes mate. Make sure you tell them of club membership and see if they can beat your best offer so far. I did this a couple of times with them and ended up with a cheaper quote and guaranteed value which i feel better for having. Gonna be a long 10weeks mate but definitely worth it:)

Failing any improvement though, I am still happy with £703 It is gonna seem like ages, but like you say it will be worth it Mark
RedM
I went for Sky and their higher premium (with agreed value) knowing that I'd get a lot more than book price should the unthinkable ever happen. Worth an extra few hundred IMO.
