Guest mk47
thing is my alarm came with the car. ive got one of those apexi turbo timers the really thin pencil style ones. surely you dont have to have a clifford turbo timer to make it work alongside the alarm? Guest mk47
bump anyone know? i thought id try and fit it myself as i had a quote from a garage locally who said it would cost me £80 for them to install which seems mad to put a few wires together. mr lover
i had a hks turbo timer and asked them to fit it when they fitted my alarm but was told it would not work as a seperate item, and they added it to my alarm and it works from the alarm key fob. Ric
if you have a clifford you can set the alarm to be the actual turbo timer it's self.. Its 2 relays and a setting for one of the buttons using the cliffwizard tool which a clifford dealer will have, takes about 30minutes to do and 5 minutes programming, as mentioned, a clifford dealer will charge you around 30-40 for this (thats what we charged anyway) Ric.
