michael
Mine is totally quiet, irrespective of boost levels, gear changes or throttle position. Is it broken? Is it gay? Is it n/a? Please advise I'm presuming it's standard
letmeshowyou
how does the stock bov cope with the sort of boost you're running John?
Soop Dogg
My HKS SSQV on my TT auto is well audible between gears at WOT. So was my previous TT auto and Angies BOV can be heard clearly on her TTauto. The only time mine was completely silent was on the 1.4 at Bruntingthorpe when I tried removing the Trac fuse and reset the ECU.
Daston
How much longer til you go turbo Dave? Finished collecting all the bits yet? Not too long mate Manifold should be here next weekend so will do a "dry run" to make sure it lines up well. Then its just a FMIC (may use a SMIC as I am only planing 300bhp to start with) and S-AFC to go!
JohnA
how does the stock bov cope with the sort of boost you're running John? It's fine. But I experience compressor surge for different reasons. I need to find time and install my HKS DV in parallel to the stock recirc valve. This will increase the dump capacity.
