markssupra
Welcome, a good description of what you feel/hear would help to diagnose it.
osso
Think he has given enough details! I bet its a weak battery, or dodgy alternator, struggling to cope during startup! which is why you are getting a slight shudder! Sounds like your car is running fine at idle once the car has started. Test your battery with a multimeter, this will confirm whether you've got a dodgy alternator or weak battery. you might as well change your spark plugs while you're at it as well, its surprising how many people dont change the plugs often enough.
